I have suffering weight problem since 2007, ever since I terminated my gym subscription. I had poor diet and bad eating habit. I took breakfast at 11am while dinner at 9pm. This is a typical problem that Malaysian workers facing currently, mainly because of the improper working time and traffic jam.

My weight shoots up from 58kg to 80kg in 5 years due to this improper habit. I got high cholesterol, high uric acid and fatty liver. These 3 ailments enough to take a person's life.

My waist was 41 inches during that time. Due to my weight I suffer pain in both my knees. I think this is due to my heavy weight.

I often late to work without breakfast, or with late breakfast or brunch. The result is my metabolism is messed up. I felt fatigue, no energy and drowsy throughout the day. I realized that this is the sign of a acidic body PH.
